The new Turlock Transit Amtrak Shuttle provides a valuable service that will improve first and last mile connections for Amtrak San Joaquin’s riders traveling to and from the Turlock-Denair Amtrak Station as well as create service awareness for residents not familiar with the San Joaquin’s destinations available. The service will be available during regular Turlock Transit hours, which are Monday-Friday (6:00a.m. – 9:00 p.m.) and Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), excluding holidays. The shuttle will transport riders to or from any location in Turlock or Denair and will cost $2.50 each way.
To schedule your ride, call Turlock Transit at (209) 668-5600 at least one hour before train arrival, the shuttle will pick you up from your home and transport you to the Amtrak station. Return trips do not require reservations, the shuttle will be at the Amtrak station during regular Turlock Transit hours as noted above.
