Tony Hill, M.A. Esq.

Chief Executive Officer
Joined MOVE in 2024
Tony Hill, the CEO of Move, epitomizes the essence of a true “Community Servant.” Shaped by the values instilled by his father, Robert, a former U.S. Air Force engineer, Tony believes that the purpose of life is to serve others. Over the span of three decades, Tony has purposefully dedicated himself to various roles in the nonprofit sector. As a CEO overseeing a non-profit with an impressive annual budget exceeding $400 million, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership. Tony’s role as Director of Community Services/Quality Assurance involved spearheading initiatives for specialized transportation services, affordable housing projects, day programs, specialized residential, and allied clinical services. Tony also served as a Legal Affairs advisor for Valley Mountain Regional Center, managing legal matters, public policy initiatives, and communications with City, County, and State lawmakers. Notably, Tony was appointed by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Governing Board, where he concurrently serves on the Hearing Panel and Hearing Board, respectively. Tony further contributes to the justice system by serving as a temporary Judge in the San Joaquin County Superior Court. Beyond his professional commitments, Tony is actively engaged in community service. He serves as pro-bono legal counsel for the non-profit “Friends of the Seniors” and dedicates his time yearly as a scoring attorney for Mock Trial competitions, nurturing the legal aspirations of the youth. Tony’s educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, managerial /financial accountancy, a Master’s Degree in leadership/communication, a Juris Doctorate Degree and he is a proud member of the California State Bar Association as a licensed attorney, practicing in contract, employment, immigration and probate law.

Kristin Bragg

Director of Programs
Joined MOVE in 2019
Kristin Bragg is our Director of Programs. She oversees our VestVan, BRIDGES, and Care Cruiser programs. Kristin joined MOVE in 2019 for the opportunity to help others and make a difference in their lives. What she loves the most about working at MOVE is the connections she has made with our VetsVan volunteers who continually dedicate their time to help serve our Veterans. Kristin’s kind heart and fun spirit show her genuine appreciation of being able to serve the Veterans, seniors and persons with disabilities in Stanislaus County. In her spare time she enjoys going on adventures with her children.

Alicia Rodriguez

Director of Programs
Joined MOVE in 2014
Alicia Rodriguez is our Director of Programs overseeing Stanislaus Eligibility Center, Travel Training and PASS programs. She joined MOVE 2014. As MOVE has grown, Alicia has been involved in many aspects of our organization. Alicia joined MOVE because she loves to help her community and loves working with people with disabilities, so MOVE was a perfect fit. Alicia came to us with eleven years of experience working in adult day programs, her heart has always been dedicated to helping others and improving their quality of life! She is a genuine team member who enjoys baking, crafting, and walking on beautiful trails in her free time.

Laura Coutrakis

Executive Administrative Assistant
Joined MOVE in 2019
Laura Coutrakis is MOVE’s Executive Administrative Assistant. Her various duties are primarily focused on the administration and organization of MOVE’s documentation and financial records. She is a key member of our team providing continuing support to the management team as well as organizing and developing procedures as our programs continue to grow. She has spent over 15 years volunteering with seniors and Alzheimer’s patients, conducting activities to help them keep their minds focused. Laura decided to join MOVE in 2019 for the opportunity to support people in our community to obtain the resources they need to lead full lives. What she enjoys most about working at MOVE is working with a team devoted to helping others. She is a kind and caring person who, in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, painting, music, and games.

Sara Nunez

VetsVan Coordinator/BRIDGES Lead
Joined MOVE in 2022
Sara Nunez is our VetsVan Coordinator/BRIDGES Lead. In this role, she is the head of our VetsVan Program and Lead Supervisor of our BRIDGES program. Sara shared that she decided to join MOVE in 2022 when she “felt that MOVE is a company that truly loves their community”. She is happy to be a part of an organization that genuinely impacts life in our community. Sara has a special place in her heart for seniors, feeling we could all learn and grow just by interacting with them. What she enjoys most about her work is knowing that our programs allow seniors and persons with disabilities to get out and enjoy life!

Annette Ramirez

Care Cruisers Coordinator
Joined MOVE in 2023
Annette Ramirez is our Care Cruisers Coordinator. She joined MOVE recently due to the acquisition of the Catholic Charities Senior Transportation program which is now Care Cruisers. What Annette loves most about her work is being able to help community members every day. Our Care Cruiser program is a busy ride service program that offers rides to Stanislaus County seniors and persons with disabilities. Over the past 8 years, Annette has been the driving force behind this valuable program as the coordinator she organizes every aspect of Care Cruisers from scheduling rides to assigning drivers and maintaining vehicles. She is a dedicated, responsible, caring member of our community and we are so happy to have her on our team!

Destiny Musino

BRIDGES Coordinator
Joined MOVE in 2022
Destiny is our BRIDGES Program Coordinator. The BRIDGES program helps individuals who are unable to drive or use public transit by providing mileage reimbursement for volunteer drivers. She chose to work at MOVE because she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. Destiny believes every person should have the right to accessible transportation, no matter the situation. She has worked with children and adults with special needs for the last thirteen years. She has always found joy in helping teach young people in the classroom and out in the community. She especially enjoyed helping young adults learn basic life skills, how to travel, and gain skills to help with their independence. The thing I love the most about my job is working with a great team of like-minded people and bringing freedom and independence to our clients. In my free time I enjoy camping trips with my family, going to church and fun day trips!

Sonia Daclan

MOVE Coordinator

Sonia Daclan is our MOVE Coordinator. She monitors and supports several of our MOVE programs including the PASS Program and the Stanislaus Eligibility Center. Ms. Daclan chose to join MOVE in 2019 knowing she could make a positive impact in our community. Sonia is a valuable and dedicated member of our team, who truly enjoys being able to help everyone. Sonia has spent many years advocating for the autism community and working to implement adaptive sports programs. What she enjoys most about working at MOVE is helping make people’s lives easier to manage. Sonia likes being physically active, jogging, working-out, and most days she enjoys being at the baseball field with her family.

Claudia Yepez

Transit Resource Specialist

Claudia Yepez is one of MOVE’s Transit Resource Specialists. She conducts ADA Paratransit eligibility interviews for our Stanislaus Eligibility Center. Claudia joined MOVE in 2021 after working for over ten years assisting seniors and those with disabilities in assisted living environments. Claudia is a loving person who feels happiest when she is able to serve her community and see that others needs are met. What she enjoys most about working at MOVE is seeing our work making a difference in the lives of others. In her free time Claudia enjoys nature, music, and being with her family.

Vestyn Ensign

Transit Resource Specialist

Vestyn Ensign is one of our Transit Resource Specialists. He conducts ADA Paratransit eligibility interviews as a vital member of our Stanislaus Eligibility Center. Vestyn has a passion to help people achieve their goals and maintain their independence. He came to us with ten years of experience working with adults and youth with disabilities. Vestyn joined MOVE back in 2018 and is grateful to have found an opportunity to serve Veterans, seniors, and disabled members of Stanislaus County to find transportation options that give them access to the greater community. What he enjoys most about MOVE is working with a team that is passionate about helping people and supportive of one another. In his free time, he enjoys movies, researching history and spending time with friends.

Jasmine Barnes

Travel Trainer

Jasmine Barnes is one of our MOVE Travel Trainers. She assists county residents in getting familiar with the fixed bus routes available within the county. Ensuring that her clients can find the correct route and time schedules to take public transit to their daily activities giving them freedom through independent travel. Jasmine decided to join MOVE in 2021 for the opportunity to help people become more independent. She has worked for over eight years with disabled persons through day programs and care homes, which is where she discovered her passion for helping others and the joy of watching them grow. Jasmine is a warm and caring person, who enjoys hiking and painting.

Travel Trainer

Amanda is one of our MOVE Travel Trainers. She assists county residents in getting familiar with the fixed bus routes available within the county. Ensuring that her clients can find the correct route and time schedules to take public transit to their daily activities giving them freedom through independent travel. Amanda decided to join MOVE in 2023 for the opportunity to help people become more independent. She has worked for years with disabled and elderly persons planning and conducting fun outings for her clients. Her favorite part of her job is interacting and building friendships with her clients. Amanda is a devoted mother of four children, who enjoys sports and family events.

Rebecca Riley is our Care Cruisers Specialist. She has joined MOVE recently due to the acquisition of the Catholic Charities Senior Transportation program which is now Care Cruisers. What she enjoys the most about her position is the joy of supporting our clients and working with a company that changes the lives of so many people. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys church, softball, singing, spending time with her pet animals as well as kayaking and rafting with her husband. Rebecca and her husband are excited welcome their first child in August 2023!

Rose Mary’s is the face you see when you arrive here at MOVE. She is a warm, smiling woman who greets clients as they arrive and supports our team everyday. Rose Mary has a long background working with seniors in our community as an activity professional and brings her experience and strong dedication to MOVE, she most enjoys spending time with clients in conversation and knowing she is making a difference in the lives of others. When she is not busy at MOVE, Rose Mary spends time adventuring with her husband and family.

Care Cruisers Program Assistant

Anita Kada is our Care Cruisers Program Assistant. She has just joined MOVE recently to support the rapid growth of our Care Cruisers Program. Our Care Cruisers program provides rides for seniors and people with disabilities who cannot travel independently. Anita brings a caring heart to her work, wanting to see county residents obtain the transportation they need to live a full meaningful life! Anita has a heart for serving others and has often volunteered in her church community. Her bright welcoming spirit makes her a wonderful member of our team!

Care Cruisers Driver
Joined MOVE in 2023
Patricia Perea is a driver in our Care Cruisers Program. She joined MOVE recently due to the acquisition of the Catholic Charities Senior Transportation program which is now Care Cruisers. Going by the nickname “Patsy” she has enjoyed driving through most of her life, taking special joy in driving those who are no longer able to drive themselves. She has devoted over 24 years of her life working for non-profits enjoying the satisfaction of supporting her community through acts of service. Patsy comes from a large family and has eleven grandchildren. She enjoys decorating for parties, traveling with family, and spontaneous weekend adventures.

Nellie Suarez

Care Cruisers Driver

Nellie Suarez is a driver with our new Care Cruisers program. She has joined MOVE recently due to the acquisition of the Catholic Charities Senior Transportation program which is now Care Cruisers. What she enjoys the most about her job, is listening to community members share their childhood stories as they ride to their destinations. Her friendly open personality, and willingness to help make her someone who can be relied upon to be there when needed. Nellie enjoys time driving to the coast to enjoy ocean views, baking, cooking and her favorite day is Sunday “Church Day”.

Care Cruisers Driver
Joined MOVE in 2023
Susie Beltran is a driver in our Care Cruisers Program. She has always been a “helper” and decided to join the MOVE team so she can help our community members through transportation. What Susie enjoys most in her role as a driver is listening to the stories our clients share as they are traveling about town. Susie has an adventurous spirit, when she is not working, she likes hiking in Yosemite, and dining adventures with her husband to find new and interesting restaurants and foods. As a married mother of three, Susie enjoys getting to know people, and helping them feel welcome.
