CalACT 2022 Awards

The California Association for Coordinated Transportation (CalACT) recognized two of our members at this year’s Spring Conference 2022!

Our Board Chair, Ms. Jenny Kenoyer was awarded the Distinguished Service Award/Leadership for her dedication to the advancement of public transportation through policy, legislative initiative, and leadership. Ms. Kenoyer has spent the past thirteen (13) years working to improve access for seniors who need specialized transportation services. She has served for eight years on the Modesto City Council, has worked actively with Stanislaus Council of Governments, and was a driving force behind the creation of MOVE, the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) which assists seniors, individuals with disabilities and veterans in Stanislaus County.

Additionally, we are proud to announce our CEO Stacie Morales was awarded this year’s Rising Star Award recognizing her for her leadership here at MOVE and the growth our organization has gone through expanding services to provide door-through-door transportation, travel training, rides for veterans to medical appointments and our newest program PASS which provides bus passes for low-income seniors. Her dedication to the transit industry is outstanding and we are grateful to have her at the head of our organization.
