Tony Hill, M.A. Esq.
Chief Executive Officer
Joined MOVE in 2024
Tony Hill, CEO of Move, exemplifies the spirit of a true “Community Servant.” Guided by values imparted by his father, Robert, a former U.S. Air Force engineer, Tony lives with a purpose rooted in serving others and has dedicated his career to the nonprofit sector. In a prior role as CEO of a regional center, Tony managed a $400 million budget, demonstrating his strong leadership. Before this, he served as Director of Community Services, developing affordable housing, transportation, and residential services.
Tony also served as Legal Affairs Advisor for the Valley Mountain Regional Center, overseeing legal matters, public policy initiatives, and communications with city, county, and state lawmakers. Appointed by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Governing Board, he serves on both the Hearing Panel and Hearing Board, respectively. Additionally, Tony contributes to the justice system as a temporary judge in the San Joaquin County Superior Court.
Beyond his professional roles, Tony actively supports his community, providing pro-bono legal counsel to the nonprofit “Friends of the Seniors” and volunteering annually as a scoring attorney for mock trial competitions, nurturing the legal aspirations of young people. His educational background is equally impressive: he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, managerial and financial accountancy, a Master’s Degree in leadership and communication, and a Juris Doctorate Degree. A licensed attorney and California State Bar Association member, Tony practices in contract, employment, immigration, and probate law.

Kristin Bragg
Director of Operations
Joined MOVE in 2019
Kristin brings extensive management expertise across the hospitality and healthcare sectors, where she oversaw all facets of business operations and ensured optimal patient and guest outcomes.
During her tenure with MOVE Stanislaus Transportation, Kristin held a succession of progressive roles, developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures while driving the expansion of key internal programs.
She possesses specialized training in Paratransit Management from the University of the Pacific and has completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Programs.
In her current capacity, Kristin is charged with optimizing operational efficiency, securing and managing grant funding, directing staff training and professional development, overseeing vehicle procurements and capital projects, and both strengthening existing alliances and cultivating new strategic partnerships.

Alicia Rodriguez
Director of Mobility/Public Relations
Joined MOVE in 2014
Alicia possesses over a decade of experience in the transportation industry, complemented by a robust background in the assessment, monitoring, and care of seniors and individuals with disabilities within healthcare and rehabilitative settings.
Her tenure in the transportation sector has fostered strategic partnerships throughout Stanislaus County, which have been instrumental in identifying and implementing strategies to close service gaps and enhance coordination across systems.
She holds specialized training in Paratransit Management from the University of the Pacific and has completed leadership development programs through Dale Carnegie.
In her current capacity, Alicia is responsible for overseeing paratransit eligibility determinations, conducting transit system assessments, delivering travel training and navigation support, administering subsidized fare programs, and managing public relations initiatives.

Rose Mary Cervantes

Rose Mary has been a driving force for positive change in the educational and healthcare sectors. With over 15 years of leadership and managerial experience, she has successfully supervised teams, overseen patient care operations, managed department budgets, and built strategic partnerships.
A highly skilled communicator, Rose Mary has a natural ability to connect with others—an invaluable asset to MOVE Stanislaus Transportation and its mission.
She has completed leadership development programs with Dale Carnegie. She also brings specialized expertise in recreational skill programming and Alzheimer’s disease treatment management.
Rose Mary embodies a deep commitment to service, consistently demonstrating wisdom, compassion, and a dedication to improving the lives of others.
