Care Cruisers
Care Cruisers is a door-through-door transportation service for Stanislaus County residents. We assist with healthcare appointments, grocery shopping, and life events. Our trained drivers offer complimentary rides exclusively within the county. Please note that out-of-county trips are not available. Formerly known as Catholic Charities Senior Assisted Transportation, we are now part of MOVE’s network for Stanislaus County residents.
What is Care Cruisers?
Care Cruisers is door-through-door transportation service designed for Stanislaus County residents who require assistance getting to healthcare appointments, grocery shopping, and life events. Our trained, professional drivers are dedicated to assisting you on your journey.
We offer complimentary rides exclusively within Stanislaus County, serving individuals who are unable to provide their own transportation. Please note that out-of-county trips are not available at this time.
Formerly known as Catholic Charities Senior Assisted Transportation, Care Cruisers has now joined MOVE’s network of transportation programs for Stanislaus County residents.
Eligibility requirements
You are eligible for the Care Cruisers program if you are
- A resident of Stanislaus County
- ADA paratransit eligible and your home address is outside the ADA service area, regardless of your age
- 50 years or older AND
- You have a disability that prevents you from driving/using public transit AND
- You do not have someone to drive you some or all of the time

MOVE has several programs designed to help Stanislaus County residents get where they need to go. Staff will work to connect you to a program that meets your needs.
